Great stalagmites of ice. I bet you don't get ice very often in Texas! I notice the ice has formed near the water, where it is colder. Almost the effect of stalagmites and water in underground caves I have been in, except this is overground!
In North-West Texas we see ice and snow every winter. Fifty years ago there were even bad blizzards.
